LUXXBOXX LLC Conditional Use Agreement

This Conditional Use Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between LUXXBOXX LLC ("LUXXBOXX," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("User" or "you"). By accessing and using our website (luxxboxx.com) and engaging in any transactions or activities with LUXXBOXX, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our Site and services.
1. Conditional Use
1.1. Age Restriction: By accepting this Agreement, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
