LUXXBOXX LLC Return Policy

Thank you for choosing LUXXBOXX LLC ("LUXXBOXX," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please review and adhere to our return policy as outlined below.

  1. Return Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for a return or refund due to misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit a claim within 30 days after receiving the product.

1.2. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

1.3. Claims considered an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

  1. Submitting a Problem Report

2.1. If you encounter any issues with the products or your order, please submit a problem report to our customer support team.

  1. Return Address

3.1. All products include a return address. Upon receiving a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

3.2. Unclaimed returns will be held for 30 days, after which they will be donated to charity.

3.3. If the return address on the package is not used for the return, you may become liable for any returned shipments unreceived.

  1. Wrong Address

4.1. If the courier considers the address provided as insufficient, the shipment will be returned.

4.2. In such cases, you will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  1. Unclaimed Shipments

5.1. Unclaimed shipments will be returned to our facility.

5.2. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer, if applicable.

  1. Non-Registered Account Holders

6.1. If you haven't registered an account on our website and added a billing method, any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping.

6.2. In such cases, the returned items will be donated to charity at your cost, and no refunds will be issued.

  1. Sealed Goods

7.1. LUXXBOXX, nor our fulfillment partner, accepts returns of sealed goods due to health or hygiene reasons.

7.2. Any returned orders that are sealed will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

  1. Returned by Customer

8.1. We advise you to contact us before returning any products.

8.2. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse, except for Customers residing in Brazil.

8.3. Returns for products and size exchanges are not offered.

8.4. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.

  1. EU Consumer Rights

9.1. According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

9.2. Therefore, LUXXBOXX reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion for orders falling under the aforementioned criteria.
